Dates have now been set for the winter 2022/23 Arctic Ultras Training Course. This time I have arranged for shared accommodation in the venue's Forest Lodges, which are rather nice. The format worked well before, but has been improved to help things run more smoothly. We will have three days of practical and theory sessions before a late night / overnight session outdoors, and a leisurely conclusion to the course in the lodge.
