The winter 2022/23 Arctic Ultras training course ran the week before Christmas. The conditions were perfect right up to the night before, after which Scotland gave us unseasonably warm weather, coupled with the more predictable Scottish downpours. We had record numbers for the course, including a brilliant winter mountain guide and plenty of Arctic race veterans. I have already received enquiries about a course for 2023/24, but as yet nothing has been confirmed.
